Make a Dream Come True

Every day people across South Africa are busy raising money so that they or their children can have a Medical Service Dog that could change their lives.
If you would like to make a family's dream come true, please scroll down to see the letters that we have received from these deserving families, as well as their Backabuddy campaign links.
It costs Honey’s Garden between R100,000 and R120,000 to fully train a service dog for each family. The family contribution fee only represents a portion of this cost.
If you would like to assist a family, visit our Donate Now page and make a direct donation. Make sure that you use the family name in your reference in order for the donation to be allocated correctly.
Section 18A tax receipts can be issued if we correspond via email.
We are extremely grateful to all of our donors and sponsors for helping in any way that they can. It takes a team to raise a service dog and our donors are certainly a part of that team!
We are very happy to give marketing and media coverage to any private or corporate donors who would like the recognition.

Honeys Garden is a nonprofit, 2016/387235/08 organization whose mission is to place quality service dogs with people within South Africa who are under privileged, fighting with disabilities or diseases, and veterans who have lost use of limbs or hearing. We also help with animal rescue, and educate the public regarding use of service dogs in public places.
